Mushrooms already are rich and meaty textured perfect to combine with their homemade spicy coconut cream.

Sisig turned into a hearty fare by using banana hearts (puso ng saging) and breadfruit (kamansi) instead. These are tasteful ingredients and can easily be mistaken as pork with eyes closed.

For Bacolod Inasal, they chargrilled high-protein alternative tofu to be dipped in traditional Iloilo vinegar, sinamak.
